By creating an account, accessing Saha, or using any feature on our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please stop using Saha.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Saha.
- You must be legally permitted to enter relationships and/or marriage in your jurisdiction.
- You must provide accurate information at sign-up and keep your profile details updated.
3. Account Security
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with others.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately so we can help secure your account.
4. Respectful Use
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
- Do not harass, threaten, abuse, or exploit other users.
- Do not use Saha for scams, spam, fraud, or unlawful activity.
- Do not scrape, copy, or automate access to Saha without permission.
5. User Content and License
- You retain ownership of the photos, prompts, and profile content you upload.
- You grant Saha a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content for operating the service.
- We may remove content that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.
6. Paid Services and Billing
- Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase (Saha+).
- Prices, taxes, and billing terms are shown before payment is completed.
