Age Attestation

1. Purpose

Saha is restricted to adults 18 years of age and older. This document describes the age-gating and attestation measures Company applies at registration and on an ongoing basis, and the representations each user makes regarding age.

2. Registration-Time Attestation

• Users must enter a full date of birth at signup (not a simple "I am 18+" checkbox), and the app calculates eligibility from that date.
• Users affirmatively certify: "I certify that the date of birth above is accurate and that I am at least 18 years old. I understand that providing false age information violates these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, a report to law enforcement."
• Date of birth cannot be edited post-registration without a support request and secondary verification, to prevent users from lowering a flagged age after the fact.

3. Secondary Signals

• Face-liveness verification imagery may be reviewed by an age-estimation model as a secondary signal; profiles flagged as likely-underage by this model are routed to manual review before activation, regardless of the stated birthdate.
• Optional government ID verification via Persona provides a stronger age signal for users who opt in (see ID Verification Disclosure).
• Company reserves the right to require ID verification for any account flagged by automated or user- reported signals as potentially underage, and to suspend the account pending resolution.

4. User Reports

Any user or third party may report a suspected underage account via in-app reporting or safety@the-saha.com. Reports are reviewed within 1 day, and confirmed underage accounts are terminated and the associated data handled per the Privacy Policy and, where legally required, applicable child-safety reporting obligations (e.g., NCMEC CyberTipline reporting if CSAM or exploitation indicators are present).

5. No Guarantee

Age attestation and the secondary signals above reduce, but do not eliminate, the risk that a user misrepresents their age. Company disclaims liability for undetected misrepresentation to the fullest extent permitted by law, without prejudice to Company's ongoing obligation to act promptly on reports and confirmed violations.

6. Marketing and App Store Ratings

Saha will be rated 17+/Mature (or the applicable app-store equivalent) given dating/relationship content, and marketing materials will not be directed at or targeted to minors.
