How to report copyright infringement on Saha, and how we respond to those reports.
Invent LLC ("Company") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Saha to do the same. This policy implements the notice-and-takedown procedures of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. � 512, for content uploaded by users (e.g., profile photos). This DMCA Policy constitutes part of the legal terms and conditions governing all users of Saha and the services provided therein, and is applicable if/when and to the extent users upload or post any content or materials using Saha's services. In compliance with the DMCA, Company will respond to proper notifications of claimed copyright infringement with respect to content and materials posted by users of Saha, and will take appropriate actions including removing and disabling access to the allegedly infringing content or material. Company reserves the right to remove and disable access to any user-posted content or materials which, in Company's sole judgment, may be infirming or violating another's intellectual property rights, whether or not Company has been notified by the rights holder.

If you believe that your or another person's copyright has been infringed or violated through the use of Saha or its services, you may notify the Designated Agent by mail or electronic mail with a written communication including:
Upon receiving a compliant notice, Company will expeditiously remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the user who posted it, along with instructions for filing a counter-notice.
A user who believes their content was wrongly removed may submit a counter-notice to the Designated Agent containing:
Unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a restraining order within 10-14 business days of Company's receipt of a valid and compliant counter-notification, Company may restore the removed content. PURSUANT TO 17 U.S.C. 512(G)(3), ANY NOTICE THAT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE
Company will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, consistent with 17 U.S.C. � 512(i).
Anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. � 512(f).
