Matrimony Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Saha mobile application in Matrimony Mode, a distinct mode of the Service oriented toward users seeking marriage. Saha is operated by Invent LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company"). By enabling Matrimony Mode you agree to these Terms in addition to Saha's baseline platform Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the applicable marriageable age in your state/country if higher -- confirm no conflicts) and legally free to marry, i.e., not currently married unless your jurisdiction and personal circumstances permit remarriage.
• You must complete face verification. ID verification is strongly recommended in Matrimony Mode given the higher-trust and marriage-intent context, though it remains optional per platform policy.
• You affirmatively represent that all information about marital status, family background, religion, caste/community (if voluntarily disclosed), and profession is true and not knowingly misleading. Company reserves the right to require age and identity attestation (see the separate Age Attestation and ID Verification Disclosure) and to suspend accounts pending verification.

3. Nature of the Service -- Matrimony Mode

Matrimony Mode facilitates introductions between users and, where enabled, their family members or authorized representatives, for the purpose of exploring marriage. Company is a technology platform only. Company is not a matchmaker, marriage bureau, marriage broker, or party to any resulting relationship or marriage, does not vet family claims, dowry-related statements, horoscope information, or any other user-submitted background details, and makes no representation as to the accuracy of any user's profile beyond what is expressly labeled as "ID- Verified" or "Face-Verified."

4. Family / Representative Access

Matrimony Mode may permit a user to authorize a parent, sibling, or other trusted family member ("Representative") to manage aspects of their profile with the user's consent. The account holder remains solely responsible for all actions taken by their Representative. Company will require the account holder's own face verification even where a Representative manages messaging, to confirm the underlying account belongs to a real, consenting adult.

5. Prohibitions

You are prohibited from:

• Soliciting, demanding or advertising any dowry, which is unlawful in India and may implicate U.S. consumer-protection or fraud law depending on framing;
• Using any caste-based, religious, or other discriminatory exclusionary language that violates the Community Guidelines or applicable anti-discrimination law;
• Misrepresenting marital status, prior marriages, divorce status, or immigration/visa status;
• Using the Service to arrange marriages of convenience for immigration fraud purposes.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, age, marital status, or intentions;
• Harass, stalk, threaten, or abuse other users;
• Solicit money, gifts, or financial information from other users (romance-scam conduct), or use the Service for commercial solicitation, sex work advertising, or trafficking;
• Upload sexually explicit content, content involving minors, or content that violates the Community Guidelines;
• Contact another user outside the Service after being asked to stop;
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and/or other users, especially in any attempt to obtain the personal information of others;
• Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct;
• Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations;
• Engage in any automated use of the Services, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer verification systems or any software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services;
• Attempt to bypass any measures of the Site designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services;
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service;
• Upload or transmit any viruses, Trojan horses, or other malware, that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Services or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Services.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund of in-app purchases, to the extent permitted by Apple's and Google's platform rules.

7. Safety and Verification Disclaimers

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, online and in person, and Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property or any physical, mental, or emotional harm or injury arising from your interactions with other users. Company strongly encourages users and families to independently verify any information material to a marriage decision (background checks, in-person meetings, legal counsel for cross-border matters). Face and ID verification confirm identity and liveness at a point in time; they do not constitute a character reference, financial background check, or confirmation of a user's family or immigration representations. 8. In-App Purchases and Billing

As with Dating Mode, all paid features are billed exclusively through Apple App Store / Google Play in-app purchase systems; Company does not process payments directly.

10. Miscellaneous

These Terms and any other policies or operating rules posted by us in connection with the Services (including but not limited to the baseline Saha Terms of Service (Dating Mode document)) constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right. These Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations under these Terms to others at any time. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations to any other party without our prior written consent. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms or use of the Services. You agree that these Terms will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them.
