Cookies, tracking pixels, and analytics we use — plus how to opt out.
This Cookie & Tracking Technologies Notice explains how Invent LLC ("Company") uses cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies on the Saha marketing website (the-saha.com) and within the Saha mobile app. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
Strictly Necessary Required for the site/app to function: session cookies, load balancing, security/fraud-prevention cookies, authentication tokens. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality. Functional Remember preferences (e.g., language, saved filters) to improve your experience. Analytics Measure site/app usage (e.g., page views, feature adoption, crash reporting) to help us improve the product. Advertising / Marketing If used, pixels or SDKs from advertising partners (e.g., Meta, Google Ads) to measure and optimize ad performance and, where enabled, to serve interest-based ads.
If Company engages in activity that constitutes a "sale" or "share" of personal information under CCPA or equivalent state law (see Section 2, Advertising/Marketing), a dedicated opt-out link will be provided in the website footer and app Privacy Center, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
Some technologies are placed by third parties (e.g., analytics or advertising vendors) and are subject to those parties' own privacy practices. Company does not control third-party cookies once set, but requires vendors, by contract, to use data only for the purposes disclosed here.
On iOS, any tracking across apps/websites owned by other companies (as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework) will trigger the platform-mandated ATT prompt before such tracking occurs. On Android, use of the advertising ID is subject to Google Play's User Data policy and the device-level opt-out for personalized ads.
We will update this notice as our use of cookies and tracking technologies changes, and will refresh consent where required by law.
