Community Guidelines

1. Our Standards

Saha exists to help adults build genuine connections, whether casual, serious, or marriage-oriented. These Community Guidelines describe what is and isn't allowed. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, feature restrictions, or permanent account termination.

2. Be a Real Person

• Use your own name, age, and photos. Do not impersonate anyone else, including celebrities, public figures, or other real people.
• Complete face verification honestly -- do not use photos, masks, screens, or deepfake/AI-generated imagery to pass liveness checks.
• Do not operate multiple accounts or accounts on behalf of someone else without using the Matrimony Mode Representative feature, where applicable.

3. Prohibited Content

• Nudity or sexually explicit images, even if consensual between adults;
• Content depicting or sexualizing minors in any way -- zero tolerance, immediate termination, and reporting to NCMEC/law enforcement as legally required;
• Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting self-harm;
• Hate speech or content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, caste, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics;
• Content promoting illegal activity, including drug sales, weapons sales, or human trafficking.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, threats, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact after being asked to stop;
• Romance scams: soliciting money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or financial account access from another user;
• Commercial solicitation, advertising, spam, or promoting other apps/services;
• Sex work solicitation or advertising;
• Dowry solicitation or demand;
• Discriminatory exclusion criteria stated in a way that violates applicable anti-discrimination law (note: personal preference in a private dating context is generally lawful; blanket public solicitation excluding protected classes in a commercial-adjacent context may not be -- CPM Law to confirm the line Company wants to draw here for both product design and moderation policy);
• Automated access, scraping, or reverse-engineering of verification or matching systems.

5. Matrimony Mode Community Norms

• Family/Representative participation should be transparent -- do not use a Representative account to mislead the other party about who they are actually speaking with without disclosure.
• Present marital status, prior marriage(s), and children accurately.

6. Enforcement

• Warning and content removal for first-time, lower-severity violations;
• Feature restriction (e.g., messaging limits) for repeated violations;
• Immediate, permanent termination for: underage users, threats of violence, sexual content involving minors, trafficking, or serious fraud/scam conduct -- no warning required;
• Appeals may be submitted to appeals@the-saha.com and are reviewed by a human moderator.

7. Reporting

Use the in-app Report button on any profile, photo, or message. Reports are confidential; the reported user is not told who reported them.

8. Changes

Company may update these Guidelines as new risks emerge; material changes will be announced in-app.
